Cancellation Policy
A credit card is required to reserve an appointment. Dinah Manalo, NP Aesthetic Medicine adheres to a 24-hour cancellation policy. Please call us at (509) 901 - 9102 or email us at nursepractitionerAP@gmail.com if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Failure to show and any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee of $150 or up to the full cost of the scheduled service(s) that will be charged to the credit card on file. This fee must be paid in full prior to making any future appointments.
